Timon

Timon is a web based time registration and attendance system with clock-in options through phone, web or software. This makes Timon ideally suited for companies with several locations and people on the move. Employees can access their attendance history through the web and the information is updated in realtime for easy management. Three additional components are available and can be added as needed:

• Enhanced task/project registration
• Allows more flexibility in task registration
• Attendance component
• Perfect for quick attendance checks. Can be connected to Mail servers for calender availability
• Canteen component
• Allows in-house canteens or shops to debet employees through wages.
  

Switchboard

It can often be a difficult task to get hold of coworkers, deliver messages or just knowing where they are. The switchboard from Trackwell can make these tasks and many more much easier by combining several ways of communication into one product. A visual BLF allows you to see if a phone is busy or ready and combined with Timon you can get attendance information for your chosen party. If a party is unavailable, righ-clicking will enable you to order a call when available, send an email or call alternate numbers such as a mobile. All incoming calls can be logged for later examination.

Voice messenger is a new method of messaging where one can send a voice message to individuals or a group of people via phone or web. Voice messenger is a major improvement from traditional SMS messaging.

The Voice messenger is ideal for increasing traffic in the telephone network and create additional revenue for carriers. Among the endless usage possibilities are:

EVE - Advanced Telephone Voice Recording

EVE is a voice solution ideal for bigger companies as well as telecom operators. With EVE one can use any type of phone to record messages or conversations and listen to the recordings through the web interface. At the same time complete security is assured.

With the innovative Dictaphone system, EVE can be used in a variety of situations where instant access is needed to vital dictations for example in the medical field.
