CellPoint Inc, (OTC BB: CLPT.OB), a global provider of mobile location software technology and platforms and TrackWell Software have entered into a worldwide partnership agreement which will allow CellPoint to offer TrackWell's applications in conjunction with its Mobile Location System (MLS) and Mobile Location Broker (MLB) platforms. The partnership also enables TrackWell to suggest CellPoint's location platforms to mobile network operators all around the world.

TrackWell's applications such as My Child Tracker, TracScape, Mobile Warrior and My Buddy Tracker provide useful location information by satisfying everything from a parents urge to know where there children are to providing critical fleet management.
