Trackwell proudly announces that Og Vodafone has chosen the time registration system Timon for time and attendance registration for its 400 employees. Timon Modules such as Task registration and the Canteen module will also be implemented for centralised registration. No centralized punch in clocks are required. Phones, personal computers, or other registration equipment that is already available can be used for this purpose. Employees can clock in from anywhere using their phone (assuming they have the required permissions). All administration and work in the system is undertaken through a user-friendly web interface. This reduces the need for special training and makes deployment easy. Furthermore there is a standardized communication interface between Timon and the payroll system used by Og Vodafone minimizing the chance for error and the time needed for end of the month payroll preparation.
