Jón Ingi Björnsson, 39, has fifteen years of experience within the domestic and international IT industry and was CEO of Strengur hf for the last four years. Former business heads Kolbeinn Gunnarsson and Björn Jónsson will take on other senior roles within the management team.

The merger combines TrackWell (formerly Stefja hf.) with the software division of telephony solutions company Grunnur Gagnalausnir hf . The combined company will continue under the TrackWell brand and all existing business contracts will be assumed by TrackWell hf.
