TrackWell Software has signed an agreement with Tele Greenland for VITAL, TrackWell's Value-added Service Platform (VASP). VITAL offers a wide range of powerful tools for mobile communication. The platform handles connections to the billing system as well as user interfaces through SMS, SIM-Toolkit and WAP. The platform allows Tele Greenland to offer various SMS services to their customers, including messaging, information and entertainment services. The platform enables Tele Greenland to increase their service offerings towards more advanced services, such as MMS (Multimedia Messaging Services), LBS (Location Based Services) and M-Commerce. Included in the entertainment package are an advanced ringtones and logos handler and several popular SMS games.
This is Tele Greenland's first step towards offering its mobile customers value-added services and it will improve our service level." said Anders Barslund, Director of Marketing / Marketing Manager, Tele Greenland.
Following this agreement, TrackWell is servicing all the mobile operators in the North-Atlantic Ocean, as well as operations in Mid- and Northern-Europe, in USA and South-Africa.
