TrackWell along with Iceland´s Phone Directory Leader Já/118 and Iceland Telecom have jointly launched an SMS directory service, using TrackWell´s Mobile Solution platform VITAL. For this purpose TrackWell has implemented a service for reverse directory lookup. Mobile users simply send an SMS to 118 with the phone number in question and names from the search result are returned with an SMS. This has already proven to be an appreciated addition by users to other services provided to Já/118 by TrackWell.
