Jón Ingi Björnsson, 39, has fifteen years of
experience within the domestic and international IT industry.
Before he joined Trackwell he was CEO of Landsteinar Strengur
hf . He worked as engineer at the University in Iceland
in the years 1989-1991, CTO at the National Power Company
1991-1997 and as COO for Navision Iceland (Microsoft Business
Solution) before he joined Strengur hf. in the year 1999. |

Gunnarsson, Director of VMS
Kolbeinn Gunnarsson, 41, a founder of TrackWell, has served
on the Company's Board of Directors from the start. Mr.
Gunnarsson holds a M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering
from the University of Texas at Austin, 1992, and a B.Sc.
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iceland,
1988. |

Þórður Ingason, Director of Sales and Marketing
Thordur Ingason 51, holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Aalborg University Centre in Denmark. Thordur joined Trackwell in 2005 with 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, project management and consulting within the IT industry both domestically and internationally. Before Trackwell, Thordur worked for some of the leading companies in the It industry in Iceland e.g.: Director of Consulting in Ax-hugbunadarhus, a leading ERP solution provider. Sales Manager for Tæknival, a Compaq and Cisco dealer in Iceland, Area Sales Manager for Marel a manufacturer of IT solutions for use in all major sectors of the food processing industry with representation in over 50 countries. |

Bergur
Thórisson, Director of Business Development
Bergur Thórisson, 47, a founder of TrackWell, has
served on the Board of Directors of the Company from the
start, first as Chairman, then as Vice-chairman since 1998.
He was Engineering Manager, overseeing the overall systems
development of the Company, starting in 1996 and has been
Manager of Business Development since 2001.

Chief Technical Officer
Sigurdur Egill Guttormsson, 35, joined TrackWell in 1997
and holds an M.S.E.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, 1997,
and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Iceland, 1994. |

Ingólfur Björnsson,
Director of Finance
Ingólfur Björnsson, 40, worked for EJS hf.
for two years, as a teacher and consultant for five years,
and for Skandia hf. for six years. Mr. Björnsson holds
a Cand. Oecon. degree from the University of Iceland, and
has also completed various courses in computer science and
philosophy from the University of Iceland.
